Hi, thank you for taking the time to visit. I am a wife to Luke, mum to two beautiful daughters, cockerpoo and tortoise.

I’ve always been drawn to health and wellness, a passion that led me into a 15-year career as a Midwife. Along the way, I completed a Masters in Advanced Midwifery Practice, specialising in birth trauma, experience, and clinical governance. I’ve worked as a Professional Midwifery Advocate, supporting colleagues to reflect and grow through coaching, and more recently as a senior leader within the NHS Transformation Team, leading service improvement and change across Mid and South Essex Trust.

My journey hasn’t always been easy – like many, I’ve faced challenges including the stillbirth of our second daughter, Gracie,  that pushed me to focus deeply on my own physical and emotional wellbeing. Grief and trauma stays with us, we have to learn how to keep moving and find our moments of peace & joy. For me, this meant practising mindfullness & self-care, finding joy in small, nurturing practices along with understanding how to take better care of my body through nutrition, movement and breathwork. 

Alongside midwifery, I’ve built on my love of learning by qualifying as an Aesthetician, Body Piercer, Coach and Skincare & Lymphatic Drainage specialist, as well as teaching Hypnobirthing and antenatal/postnatal classes. I have enrolled on a non-medical prescribing course at University to facilitate my ability to further support those requiring medical prescriptions within my scope of practice.

The Bloom Wellness Room is the culmination of my personal journey and professional expertise – a space where I can share everything I’ve learnt and loved, blending wellness, creativity, and care. My hope is that it becomes a safe, uplifting place for others to rest, restore, and truly bloom.
